2025 Sponsorship Levels

The sponsorship levels are for cash and in-kind donations. GBTA Wisconsin has the right to determine in-kind donation values.

Diamond Level

$5,000+

• Chapter-produced PowerPoint recognition/logo display during chapter meetings.
• One-time, 8-minute presentation at general session meal time and honorary sponsor of the general session (1 per year).
• Hot Link Ad on GBTA |WI Chapter’s website that will link directly to the company website.
• Advertisement is included in every newsletter for the partnership year (you must contact the Newsletter Chair, Dan Piehler, to provide an ad).
• Two Summer Outing registration fees are waived (you must contact the Sponsorship Chair to make a request before event registration).

• Three regular chapter meeting fees are waived. If a member is pre-paid, the meeting may be used for a guest (the guest must contact the Sponsorship Chair to request prior to event registration). This does not apply to the Annual Conference.

Platinum Level

$2,000 - $4,999

All Partnerships may be cash or in-kind services/donations (including silent auction items). Partnership levels are based on the total value of cash, in-kind services, and donations committed and will start on the day of initial commitment.
